Please trim your wick to at least 1/4 of an inch but not too short. Allow the first burn to burn until it reaches the side of the container.Never allow your candle to burn pass four hours or burn unattended.

For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item with 30 days from receipt of the orginal order. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of orginal order.
